1. No Medical or Clinical Care

The hypnosis sessions, audio recordings, programs, courses, and all other content provided by Hypnotic Takeoff Universal, LLC and its affiliated brands are grounded in professional hypnotherapy techniques and are offered exclusively for personal well-being, personal growth, self-improvement, and spiritual development.

They do not constitute, nor are they intended to replace, medical, psychological, or psychiatric care, professional diagnosis, clinical treatment, or therapeutic intervention of any kind. If you are experiencing a health condition, mental health concern, or medical emergency, please consult a qualified healthcare professional immediately.

2. Individual Results May Vary

Hypnotherapy is a complementary practice. Results vary from person to person and are influenced by individual commitment, engagement, openness, and personal circumstances. Hypnotic Takeoff Universal, LLC makes no guarantees of specific outcomes. All testimonials and case studies shared represent individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results.

3. Medical & Psychological Precautions

Before engaging with any hypnosis session, audio program, or guided meditation provided by HTU or its brands, individuals who have any of the following conditions must first consult a licensed healthcare or mental health professional:

  • Epilepsy or seizure disorders
  • Psychotic disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder with psychotic features)
  • Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) or other dissociative conditions
  • Severe depression or active suicidal ideation
  • Heart conditions or respiratory conditions
  • Any condition for which deep relaxation or altered states could pose a risk
  • Current or recent use of psychotropic, sedative, or mind-altering substances or medications

By using our services, you confirm that either (a) none of the above apply to you, or (b) you have received clearance from your healthcare provider.

4. Operational Safety Guidelines

For your safety and the safety of others, you must not engage with any hypnosis session, audio content, or guided relaxation exercise while:

  • Driving a vehicle or operating heavy machinery
  • Performing tasks that require your full, undivided attention
  • Caring for others who depend on your supervision (children, patients, etc.) without another responsible adult present
  • In any environment that could become unsafe if you enter a relaxed or altered state

Always engage with our content in a safe, comfortable, distraction-free environment, ideally seated or lying down in a private space.

5. The Nature of Hypnosis: Self-Hypnosis & Personal Responsibility

All hypnosis is, fundamentally, self-hypnosis. The hypnotherapist or facilitator serves as a guide, but the process is driven by the participant’s own willingness and inner resources. Hypnotic Takeoff Universal, LLC and its practitioners cannot force any result upon you, nor can they override your own will or values.

By using any of our services, you assume full and sole responsibility for your participation, your mental and physical state, your environment, and any actions you take before, during, or after engaging with our content.

6. Physical Sensations During & After Sessions

It is normal to experience temporary physical and sensory effects during or following deep hypnotic relaxation. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Mild dizziness or lightheadedness
  • Tingling or numbness in extremities
  • Temperature changes (feeling warm or cold)
  • Drowsiness or heavy limbs
  • Vivid mental imagery or deep emotional release

These sensations are temporary and typically resolve within minutes. If you experience them, remain comfortably seated or lying down until you feel fully alert and stable before resuming any activities.

7. Age Restriction

All services, programs, and content offered by Hypnotic Takeoff Universal, LLC and its brands are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. Participation by minors (under 18) is only permitted with the express written consent and active supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By accessing our services, you confirm you meet the minimum age requirement or have obtained the required parental authorization.

8. Professional Certification & Scope of Practice

Juan Jacobo Ramos García, the principal hypnotherapist behind Hypnotic Takeoff Universal, LLC and all associated brands, is a certified hypnotherapy professional credentialed by:

  • International Certification Board of Clinical Hypnotherapy (ICBCH)
  • International Hypnosis Association (IHA)

Our services are delivered strictly within the recognized scope of hypnotherapy practice. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical or psychological conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hypnotic Takeoff Universal, LLC, its brands (including jacobo.soy and all HTU-affiliated platforms), its officers, agents, facilitators, and Juan Jacobo Ramos García expressly disclaim all liability for any injury, accident, adverse reaction, psychological discomfort, property damage, or other damages arising from:

  • Failure to follow the safety guidelines set forth in this notice
  • Use of our services contrary to the recommendations provided
  • Pre-existing medical or psychological conditions not disclosed prior to engagement
  • Misuse of any content, audio, or program provided by HTU or its brands

Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Acceptance of This Notice

By accessing, purchasing, downloading, or using any service, product, or content from Hypnotic Takeoff Universal, LLC or any of its affiliated brands, you confirm that you have:
