1. Owner identity

Hypnotic Takeoff Universal, LLC (“HYPNOTIC TAKEOFF UNIVERSAL LLC” or the “COMPANY”) is a company organized under the laws of the United States of America, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming, 82801.

The COMPANY operates and may operate websites, landing pages, member areas, and related digital properties (collectively, the “WEBSITES”) connected to its brands, including but not limited to “Jacobo.soy” and “The Hypnotic Takeoff Method™”.

The WEBSITES and SERVICES are primarily related to the professional activities of Juan Jacobo Ramos García (“Jacobo Ramos”), creator of the brands and The Hypnotic Takeoff Method™, and to a group of certified hypnotists trained in and using this method (collectively, the “HYPNOTISTS”).

2. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

Access to and use of the WEBSITES, as well as the booking of hypnosis sessions and access to free or paid content, programs, and courses (collectively, the “SERVICES”), imply the express and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (the “TERMS”).

If the user (the “USER”) does not agree with these TERMS, they must refrain from using the WEBSITES and/or the SERVICES.

3. Purpose of the WEBSITES and SERVICES

The WEBSITES and SERVICES are intended to:

• Share information related to well-being, personal growth, and The Hypnotic Takeoff Method™.

• Offer the possibility to book hypnosis sessions with Jacobo Ramos and with other HYPNOTISTS certified in The Hypnotic Takeoff Method™.

• Provide access to specific free and paid content, programs, and courses.

In no case are the WEBSITES or SERVICES intended to replace professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, nor to constitute legal, financial, or any other professional advice.

4. Nature of the hypnosis services

The hypnosis sessions and content of the WEBSITES and SERVICES are offered exclusively for purposes of personal well-being, inner exploration, emotional management, and habit improvement, within a spiritual and personal development framework.

The USER acknowledges that hypnosis and related techniques do not guarantee specific results and that each person’s response to hypnotic processes can vary significantly.

5. Health disclaimer

HYPNOTIC TAKEOFF UNIVERSAL LLC, its brands (including The Hypnotic Takeoff Method™), Juan Jacobo Ramos García, and the HYPNOTISTS are not medical doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, or other licensed healthcare providers (unless expressly indicated for a specific professional).

Nothing offered on the WEBSITES, in the hypnosis sessions, nor in free or paid courses should be interpreted as a diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or cure of any physical or mental disease, nor as a substitute for professional medical or therapeutic care.

The USER agrees to:

• Consult their physician or healthcare provider before starting hypnosis processes if they have physical or mental conditions, are under medication or treatment, or have any doubts about their health status.

• Do not discontinue, modify, or substitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatments based on the information or experiences derived from sessions or content provided by HYPNOTIC TAKEOFF UNIVERSAL LLC, Jacobo Ramos, or any HYPNOTIST.

The USER understands and accepts that they must not disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of any information or experience obtained through the WEBSITES or SERVICES.

6. Professional certifications and codes of ethics

The hypnosis sessions offered by HYPNOTIC TAKEOFF UNIVERSAL LLC through its brands are facilitated by:

• Juan Jacobo Ramos García, a certified professional with the International Hypnosis Association (IHA) and the International Certification Board of Coaches and Hypnotists (ICBCH).

• A group of HYPNOTISTS certified in The Hypnotic Takeoff Method™ and who are also certified members of the International Hypnosis Association (IHA) and/or the International Certification Board of Coaches and Hypnotists (ICBCH), as indicated in each case.

As certified members, Jacobo Ramos and the HYPNOTISTS commit to acting in accordance with the codes of ethics, professional conduct rules, and other applicable legal and professional guidelines of IHA and ICBCH, including but not limited to: respect for client autonomy, confidentiality, honest presentation of credentials, clarity regarding fees and service conditions, and recognition of the limits of hypnosis, referring the USER to other health professionals when necessary.

HYPNOTIC TAKEOFF UNIVERSAL LLC, Jacobo Ramos, and the HYPNOTISTS also strive to comply with other applicable legal frameworks and best‑practice guidelines relevant to professional hypnotic practice, including those relating to advertising, informed consent, data protection, and tele‑practice where services are delivered online.

The USER understands that these codes of ethics and guidelines complement, but do not replace, applicable civil, criminal, health, and consumer protection laws, which will prevail in the event of conflict.

7. Adults only and responsibility of guardians

The SERVICES are intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 years or older.

Any exception for minors requires written consent and supervision by a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for the minor’s participation and for the results of the sessions, and must confirm that no applicable local legislation is being breached.

8. Proper use of the WEBSITES and SERVICES

The USER agrees to use the WEBSITES and SERVICES in a respectful and lawful manner, aligned with the intention of wellbeing and personal growth that inspires the work of HYPNOTIC TAKEOFF UNIVERSAL LLC, Jacobo Ramos, and the HYPNOTISTS.

It is forbidden to use the WEBSITES or SERVICES for illegal activities, to disseminate offensive, defamatory, or violent content, or to attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the WEBSITES, SERVICES, or their systems.

9. Registration, account, and accuracy of information

To book hypnosis sessions or access certain content, the USER may be required to register and provide personal data that is truthful, complete, and up to date.

The USER is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities carried out through their account, and agrees to notify the COMPANY of any unauthorized use.

10. Session booking, prices, and financial conditions

Through its WEBSITES and other channels, HYPNOTIC TAKEOFF UNIVERSAL LLC may offer:

• Hypnosis sessions (individual or group, in‑person or online, as specified) with Jacobo Ramos and/or other HYPNOTISTS.

• Free or paid courses, programs, and other materials.

When a price applies, it will be displayed clearly before confirming the booking or purchase, including currency and, where applicable, taxes and additional charges.

By completing the booking and payment process, the USER enters into a contractual relationship with HYPNOTIC TAKEOFF UNIVERSAL LLC under the applicable brand (for example, The Hypnotic Takeoff Method™), according to the specific terms indicated for each service, program, or product.

11. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policy

The USER agrees to respect the scheduled time of any booked session.

Unless otherwise stated for a specific program or service, the following applies:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session: the USER may reschedule the session at no additional cost, subject to availability of the assigned HYPNOTIST.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or no‑shows: the session will be considered used, and no refund or free rescheduling will be offered, unless expressly decided by the COMPANY.

HYPNOTIC TAKEOFF UNIVERSAL LLC, Jacobo Ramos, and the HYPNOTISTS reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to force majeure, health issues, or exceptional circumstances and will notify the USER and offer a new date or a refund, where appropriate.

12. Payments and third‑party processors

Payments for sessions, programs, products, or other paid services may be processed through third‑party payment processors (such as Bolt, Stripe, Payoneer, PayPal, or others indicated by the COMPANY).

Payment data is handled according to the privacy and security policies of such third parties; HYPNOTIC TAKEOFF UNIVERSAL LLC does not store full credit or debit card details on its own servers.

13. Informed consent for hypnosis

By booking and participating in a hypnosis session with Juan Jacobo Ramos García or any HYPNOTIST (whether in person or online), the USER declares that:

• They have been informed about the general nature of hypnosis and of The Hypnotic Takeoff Method™, including its potential benefits and limitations.

• They understand that intense emotional responses, memories, or insights may arise and that the session does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic processes.

• They participate freely and voluntarily and may stop their participation at any time by informing the facilitator.

The USER acknowledges that they are fully responsible for their well-being before, during, and after the sessions, and for any personal decisions they make based on them.

Furthermore, Jacobo Ramos and each HYPNOTIST commit to providing the SERVICES within the limits of their training, certifications, and the codes of ethics of IHA and ICBCH, avoiding promises of cures, diagnoses, or guaranteed results and maintaining confidentiality and respect for the USER’s dignity at all times.

14. Intellectual property

The Hypnotic Takeoff Method™, the name Jacobo.soy, and any other brands, as well as texts, audios, videos, meditations, images, designs, logos, downloads, and other content provided by HYPNOTIC TAKEOFF UNIVERSAL LLC (whether on the WEBSITES or through other channels), are the property of HYPNOTIC TAKEOFF UNIVERSAL LLC and/or Juan Jacobo Ramos García, or are used under the corresponding license.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, sale, or transfer of such content is prohibited without prior written authorization from the COMPANY, except as permitted by mandatory law.

The USER is allowed to use the content solely for personal, private, non‑commercial purposes, keeping all intellectual property notices intact and without altering the nature of the content.

15. Confidentiality of sessions

HYPNOTIC TAKEOFF UNIVERSAL LLC, its brands, Jacobo Ramos, and the HYPNOTISTS commit to treating as confidential the information shared by the USER during sessions, except in the following cases:

• When the USER expressly consents to share certain aspects (for example, testimonials, which will be anonymized unless consent to be identified is given).

• When there is a legal obligation to disclose information (for example, imminent and serious risk to the life or safety of the USER or third parties, or requirements from competent authorities).

In online sessions, the USER accepts that confidentiality also depends on the physical and technological environment from which they connect.

This commitment to confidentiality and careful handling of personal information is also part of the ethical obligations assumed by Jacobo Ramos and the HYPNOTISTS with IHA and ICBCH.

16. Third‑party links and content

The WEBSITES and other COMPANY materials may include links to third‑party websites, products, or services.

HYPNOTIC TAKEOFF UNIVERSAL LLC and its brands do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third‑party sites; access to them is at the sole risk and responsibility of the USER.

All third-party content will be clearly tagged and identified, ensuring that customers have visibility into it.

17. Availability of the WEBSITES and SERVICES

While reasonable efforts are made to keep the WEBSITES and SERVICES accessible and secure, uninterrupted, error‑free operation cannot be guaranteed.

HYPNOTIC TAKEOFF UNIVERSAL LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from technical failures, service interruptions, server downtime, cyber‑attacks, or any other circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HYPNOTIC TAKEOFF UNIVERSAL LLC, its brands (including The Hypnotic Takeoff Method™), Juan Jacobo Ramos García, the HYPNOTISTS, and their collaborators shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

• Loss of income, profits, data, reputation, or any other intangible damage.

• Consequences of personal, medical, legal, or financial decisions made by the USER based on information or experiences obtained through the WEBSITES or SERVICES.

Nothing in these TERMS excludes liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

19. Indemnification

The USER agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HYPNOTIC TAKEOFF UNIVERSAL LLC, its brands, Juan Jacobo Ramos García, the HYPNOTISTS, and their collaborators from any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from the USER’s misuse of the WEBSITES or SERVICES, or breach of these TERMS.

20. Data protection and privacy

The processing of the USER’s personal data is governed by the applicable Privacy Notice or Privacy Policy made available by HYPNOTIC TAKEOFF UNIVERSAL LLC (for example, on the WEBSITES), which forms an integral part of these TERMS.

By using the WEBSITES or the SERVICES, the USER declares that they have read and accepted such Privacy Notice or Privacy Policy.

21. Cookies and similar technologies

The WEBSITES may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance the user experience, remember preferences, and analyze site usage.

The USER may configure their browser to refuse cookies; however, certain functionalities of the WEBSITES may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

22. Governing law, jurisdiction, and online services

These TERMS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming and the federal laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules.

Where mandatory consumer protection rules of the USER’s country or state of residence grant additional non‑waivable rights, such rights shall be respected.

In the event of a dispute, and unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of Sheridan, Wyoming, USA.

The USER understands that, for online services, additional or different rules may apply in their local jurisdiction, especially regarding health, hypnosis, and tele‑practice, and is responsible for being aware of and complying with them.

23. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

HYPNOTIC TAKEOFF UNIVERSAL LLC reserves the right to modify these TERMS at any time.

Amendments become effective upon publication (for example, on the WEBSITES or via other reasonable notice); continued use of the WEBSITES or SERVICES after such publication implies acceptance of the new terms.

24. Termination

HYPNOTIC TAKEOFF UNIVERSAL LLC may suspend or cancel the USER’s access to the WEBSITES and/or SERVICES in case of breach of these TERMS, suspected fraudulent use, or conduct contrary to the spirit of respect and well-being that guides its activity.

Termination does not release the USER from obligations already due, such as outstanding payments or sessions already consumed.

25. Entire agreement and severability

These TERMS, together with the applicable Privacy Notice and any specific conditions for particular programs, products, or services, constitute the entire agreement between the USER and HYPNOTIC TAKEOFF UNIVERSAL LLC with respect to the use of the WEBSITES and SERVICES.

If any provision is found to be null, illegal, or unenforceable, such nullity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
